I have a 1997 Crown vic that is blowing hot air all of the time. What can I do?

try resetting it. unplug then replug the connecters at the back. Let me know.

Ran the computer and got four codes 024, 025 I know these are the actuator but I also got 115 and 125 what are these. Also checked the fuse and it was fine. Question is since there is a 30 amp fuse is there another in line fuse beside #9 in the fuse block? Can the actuator be removed and tested without pulling the dash?

Sorry, I will be more specific, reset you EATC or Temperature Control Module, by unplugging the harness at the back, then plug it back in, and see if it corrects the problem.
