hello- thanks for taking time to read this. i've got a 2003 P71 crown vic' police interceptor with 85k miles. just recently, its developed an intermittent electrical fault. without warning both the power steering and hvac blower will fail, at the same time. no other electrical accessories fail, only the power steering and blower. sitting still, driving, makes no difference, then, without doing anything, they both come back on at the same time. fuses and relays all LOOK ok.

any suggestions?

any help is MUCH appreciated!

Simple: Replace the 30A Relay for those two items. I had the same problem with my blower motor... New relay solved it. They are $4 or so.
