I recently changed my intake manifold in hopes of an inprovement because of the misfire, however while testing each cylinder by pulling the wire on the ignition coil I got no response out of these two cylinders....new spark plugs were added 6 has a new coil...Any ideas what it could be?

Injectors maybe?

The wires to the coils didn't inadvertantly get switched did they? Have you switched the coils with other cylinders to see if it still stays the same?

I took it to a Meineke first and the mechanic pretty much did the same thing I did and came to those two cylinders he stated the injectors were ok when I was there...

So I bought two new ignition coils for those two cylinders, looking at it I see that the new one 7 was put back on the other side of the engine while the new one on 6 is still on it...

I didnt check 6 this morning but 1,2,3,4,5, and 8 had response 7 didn't and Im only pulling codes for Evap and o2 sensor but I can feel the miss
