I just put dual's on my 01 grand mar. and the welder did not put the h pipe in. he installed divorced dual's. the car sounds a little bit "crackly and poppy" does the car need the h to mellow it out some?? I think it does,

I would like some opinion's, please! Thank's

Myself, I always preferred divorced duals. But the crossover pipe makes for a nice drive shaft catcher

It's probably the kind of mufflers that were installed.

well i put dynomax cause they have been the quietest i have heard compared to other performance mufflers.

I just had the crossover pipe installed and the exhaust cleaned up. much more of a purr than a crackle and pop!!! thank's to who replied!!!!!
