Depending on the year of the Town Car, I'd have to be inclined to say no. I've seen the interiors of several and as they are a similar vehicle mechanically, the interiors are designed differently. Some pieces might fit here and there, but as for the dash, it might be a problem trying to get it to fit. Not to say it's not possible without trimming, but your best bet would be to find a similar GM and use the interior from that. Obviously going with a TC interior would be a different change, but it's a matter of patience, time, and hope.
