I don't know what happened with the link but I copied all the info. Here ya go:

Engine Oil w/ filter change:
Capacity:
-02: 5 quarts
03+: 6 quarts
5w30 is speced for -00 4.6ls, 5w20 for 01+
Engine oil filter is Motorcraft FL-820S (not for 5.0)
Dipstick reading overules specification
Cooling system:
Capacity:
-97: ~13.3 liters
98+: ~17.9 liters
Coolant recommendation chart: Click Here
Fill until coolant reaches cold full level line on reservoir with engine cold
Transmission:
Capacity:
~13.9 quarts
Use Mercon V for all 92.5+ panthers (AODE family (AODE/4R70W/4R75W/4R70E/4R75E))
Some 2005+ models have a sealed transmission, no dipstick
Rear Axle:
Capacity:
-02: ~3.75 pints
03+: ~5.0 pints
Service refill capacities are determined by filling axle 1/4 inch to 9/16 inch below bottom of filler hole. Vehicle must be level with ground.
75w140 is spec'ed for the rear axle bearing TSB kit, and factory fill for Limo and now Police applications. Most use 75w140 when changing the differential fluid
80w90 was factory fill for most years
Traction-lok axles also require 4oz of Motorcraft XL-3 friction modifier
Fuel tank:
Capacity:
Gasoline vehicles
-97: 20 gallons
98+: 19 gallons
NGV vehicles
10.0 Gasoline Equivalent Gallons
Gasoline vehciles must use unleaded gasoline with a minimum of 87 octane rating. 1998-1999 Town Cars and 03-04 Marauder require Premium fuel, 91+ octane
Fuel filter part number:
-97: FG-800A
98+: FG-986B
Power Steering system:
Capacity:
98+: ~2 pints
-97 w/ Power steering cooler (HPP/TOW/CVPI -97): 2.6 pints
-97 w/o power steering cooler (non-HPP/TOW/CVPI): 2.2 pints
Use Mercon ATF for your power steering system
Windshield washer reservoir:
2.1 quarts

FWIW, when I worked for Hennepin County Public Works, we did the maintenance on all the police vehicles, most of which were Crown Vics, of course, '03 or newer. 5.5 quarts was all it ever took to fill them using the Napa 1372 filter (Motorcraft FL-300).
