Few questions and comments.
I have a 86 Grand Marquis still in pretty good condition. I have to say I'm glad to come across this forum, because I love this car. It has so much power, it makes me feel safe on the road, because any car hits me unless they are driving a nice GMC Yukon it's too bad for their car. Anyways a few questions.
The exhaust has been replaced, but the car still sounds weird when accelerating like a chugging noise, just wondering if that's normal. Maybe it's not a chugging noise, but just a noise I don't hear any other car I drove.
I want to put a cd-player in the dash, but not sure how to get the factory radio out. It was easy for my old tempo, because you just used those metal hook things to pull it out. Do I have to take that wooden dash piece off somehow?
Anyways yeah these old boat cars are awesome. Love the power, everything in mine still works, and I have to give it respect for lasting this long. I name it SS Minow. XD
