Fog Lights/Limited-Slip Differential--CVPI

I've got a 2001 CVPI and have two questions:

1. How can I tell if it has a limited-slip differential installed?

2. Are there any fog lights that can be installed--especially in the open spaces in the lower part of the front bumper?

Get the rear tires off the ground, park brake off and in neutral, then spin one rear tire and watch the other. If they both go the same direction it is a limited slip. If it has it and it's functional that's a good test. Usually there will also be a tag, held on by one of the cover bolts, that will tell you. Of course you could get the tires wet and lite 'em up. Two patches equal a limited slip.
I'm curious about the light question myself. I want to hang two high power driving lights and wonder if there is a factory set-up for my '00 Grand Mark. The stock lights, even on high beam don't really cut it for me.

Thanks--appreciate the suggestion. According to the inside door sticker, the axle code is X5 which seems to translate to a 3.27 locker transmission. Does this equate with a limited slip differential?

3.27 locker differential ? Yes, locker, posi, sure grip, limited slip, all refer to the rear axle using both rear wheels to drive the vehicle forward. Those terms listed above are the different Detroit manufacturers terminology for the same basic thing.
