Ford Motor Co. is disputing the results of crash tests done by Dallas officials that the city says showed the Crown Victoria is unsafe even when equipped with manufacturer-approved safety equipment.

Here in the "States," our trial attorneys have run rampant bending every sort of law to make themselves huge amounts of money.

The worst is the lawsuits regarding the tobacco industry, but no industry is safe. Gun manufacturers. Fast Food. The health industry in the US is in a state of emergency and all because of greedy trial lawyers.

That is an understatement. What is silly is that they are still going on and on about it here. They just debated the purchase of new CV's for the Tarrant County. It was a 3-2 vote in favor of getting them, but they had a nice crap fight they showed on TV.

Pretty sad. Worst part is that they were trying to use the Dallas information as the reasoning for not getting them.
