i need to replace the bumper on my 1993 grand marquis. has anybody done this before? ie - is it something that can be done with a socket set, screwdrivers, etc. (basic tools) and without a lift? something i can do in my driveway with a couple of friends?

also, i think the windshield wiper motor is broken. when you turn it off, the wipers stop in a vertical position rather than horizontal. am i right in my assessment, or do any of you have other ideas? also, do you think this is an easy DIY fix?
