Grand Marquis vs Crown Vic aftermarket - Ford Forums

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forums and have some questions for you. I just bought a 2000 Grand Marquis and was looking for some performance parts but no one sells anything for the marquis. If i bought something for a crown vic of the same year (i.e. cold air intake, throttle body spacers, etc.) would they fit my marquis? Any help would be great

They're both the same car!!! Same engine, same trans., same chassis... you get the idea.

Yep, what he said. Thing is, there's virtually no aftermarket for Crown Vics, either. Modifying these cars requires some ingenuity and imagination to adapt parts made for other cars to work.

If you want to talk to a bunch of people that really know the 4.6 cars inside and out, I'd suggest joining up at CrownVic.net and asking them. Lot of knowledge over there. Good luck!
