southpaw26 Registered User Join Date: Aug 2007 Posts: 1	Heater Control Valve replacement? Hello all. I have a 2004 Crown Vic P71 that the A/C is not working on. After doing a few simple tests I have come to the conclusion that the heater control valve is not shutting off. Therefore I have heat blowing out the vents always. I even tried to change out just the switch which did not work. How hard is this valve to replace? Is there anyway I could reach it and manually turn it off or on. Where exactly is it located?
