Okay im new to this forum an im a tech but this ones got me really stumped so i need some help. I have an 05 crown vick that use to steer like it had somethen wedged in the rack and pinion. I verified this by disconnecting the outer tierod ends and turning the car on and trying to steer it. So in went a new rack hooked everything back up then the pump wasn't pumping. So i replaced the power steering pump now after doing all this i have the problem of it now steering as if there is no power steering and im stuck as to wat could cause this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
