I have a 2005 Crown Vic with the factory sunroof. I have no problems so far and want to keep it that way! What are the proper way to do preventive matience? What do I lube the track bars with and how do I blow out the drain tubes ? I believe that my car spent most of its life inside of a garage where there was not much issues with dirt getting in and blocking the drain tubes..I have looked for the tubes and just don't see them . I had problems with a SRT 10 leaking down the window pillars but the dealership blew them out and I did not get to watch. Any tips or tricks that will help me keep it looking and working correctly will be much appreciated! Thanks for your help. .
Thank you all for the tips! I will just wipe down what I can see and get to..I will look harder for the drain tubes and clean/blow out if I can. Water leaks are the biggest pain to find and fix and the sour musty smell is hard to get rid of. My car smelled of just faint perfume that after a week of sitting open went away. I have just a few things to do to make it look like a 2 year old car instead of a 10 year one. I was talking to my 7 year old granddaughter and she told me that I have a judge's car not a cop car!
