danclarke Registered User Join Date: Sep 2008 Posts: 1	Intake port/manifold interchange. Hi, New guy here with a question. I have a '93 Crown Vic with 175k on it's 4.6 that I use to tow a travel trailer. Over the last 50k or so I have noted a slight decrease in oil pressure. I figured if I could find a used motor I would swap before it lets me down. I got a buy on a '97 Crown Vic police 4.6 engine with 52k on it for the swap, but need to keep it looking and acting like it's stock because it gets smoged in CA. I figure to strip the newer engine to a bare long block and transfer all the little stuff over. Can I bolt the '93 intake to the '97 heads or are the ports a mismatch? Thanks, Dan
