Thanks Tim for answering a need!!!!....Yes there are plenty of us P72 fans around.....We like our Chrome and cast Iron Engines too!!!!!........Now we 5.0 EFI and 351w fans have our own little place to play too......Thanks again for the help.......You are OK my friend!!!!...........Allen :D

All Right Tim.....Maybe Just OK was not the Proper term?.....I should have used!!!!.....I do appreciate your addressing the Over-all needs of your Target Audience!!!..This will only make this Board better and avoid Subject matter Clutter between the Older and Newer style car fans......Nice work.......Allen

Yeah, those 'baked potatoes' aren't too bad :)

The chief of police in the small town I live in still drives one,
but he has had a number of problems with it. Mainly in the
suspension, and also an on-going problem with the A/C and
idle adjustment. But to be fair, it was purchased used a
few years ago, and I believe that it had a rough previous
life..

My Aunt here in town has a 9C1 that she was able to purchase
from a dealer friend.. I believe it is a 1994?? She only drives
it a few miles a month, and it looks and drives like new. I
wouldn't mind owning it, but I still prefer the streamline looks
of my 1997 Crown Vic PI's..

I will agree also that in most cases the Caprice aint the best looking car, heck at one time I hated the final body style. But sure is nice to stomp on it and zooom on down the road. Outside of my 88 Stang GT i have never had a car as fast... AS far as handling, nothing beats the Miata I owned.....LOVE THAT CAR!!!!!
