What the simplest, cheapest way to get a few extra horses out of your standard 4.6?

find out the rear gear code on the car, and rear gears will give it more get up and go.

transmission shift kit will help

headers to help breathe better

dual exhaust if it doesnt have it already

high flow mufflers and cats

could try to find a brainbox from a cop car in junkyard

i apologize for not knowing exactly, but those are good starting points. i know more on the 5.0L and sure others will chime in as to how to improve power.

intake, exaust, ignation, rear end gears, chip many things will help, Cold air intake one of the bigest improvments, any question on how to do that pm me
