2001 crown vic i replace the breaker and its still not working need some help

Was there power in one socket for the circuit breaker?

im not sure how to check that dont know anything about wiring all i know is it worked fine one day and the next nothing worked

With the crcuit breaker out, one socket should have power if you check it with a test light.

i have power to the fuse someone told me they think its the module in the drivers door that is bad so im going to check that if it ever stops raining here

That module doesn't have anything to do with the lock or fuel lid.

now my dome light is staying on i wish i would of never got this car

It's probably something minor and once fixed, it'll be smooth sailing. We have them in our fleet and have almost no problems with them. For the dome lights, try spraying WD40 in the door latch and open and close the door a few times.

i wish i knew some one i could take it to that wouldnt charge me an arm an a leg to fix it or some where i could have some one tell me what the problem is so i could do it my self lol dont know anything about wiring

Wiring and electrical is one of the hardest things to do and many mechanics get lost doing that type of work so don't feel bad. Did you try spraying the door latches?
