Need a Good "switched" Electrical Connection

I have what seems to be tons of electrical connections in my '03 CVPI. I need one that is controlled thru the key, and that is easy to access from under the dashboard. I have an electrical box in the glove compartment with relays and fuses, but don't know what it controls, or if its controlled by the ignition key. I don't need a relay, or a lot of voltage, but plan on wiring a scanner, and a set of outlets for the GPS, cell charger, ect. and want it to be as painless and clean as I can. Any suggestions? Pictures are always appreciated.

2003 CVPI Oxford White, with Push Bar; Tint; K&N; SCT Chip; 75mm TB; Accufab High Flow Plenum; Accell Super Spark COP's; Cobra R water pump; LPW Diff girdle; Art Carr High Volume Tranny Pan, Ford (4:10 former) now 3.27 Gears.

This is what you have if it's from the factory. Check the lower part of it and you should find what you're looking for.
