I have a 98 crown vic police interceptor, and both of the front brakes are rubbing, what do I do to fix the problem? Is there anyway to adjust them?

Take it to a garage and have brakes installed

Money's kinda tight, I can't really afford to take it to a brake shop. Would I just have to buy new calipers and install them?

If the brakes are constantly dragging, that is, slowing the car down, it's probably either the calipers or master cylinder. If they're constantly making noise, it's more likely to be worn brake pads. There is technically no adjustment on modern disc brakes.

When changing the pads, the caliper piston should slide back into the caliper relatively easy using only a C-clamp. If is sticking, change the caliper.
