new to this forum
my moms 93 crown vic lx has not heat, all the trap doors to direct air work, the lines to the heater core are hot on both side, even flushed the core out, it was fine, i was told by reading it might be blend door motor, it has electronic temp control, can you help me, before my mom freezes or car is traded in? thanks
blower works fine, air control is fine, but no heat!

Crawl under the dash and have someone move the "Hot-Cold" selector slowy back from hot to cold. Carefully inspect for any movement and you may have to look in several places like behind the glovebox and under the dash.

See anything happening? If not, the switch itself could be bad.
It may also have a disconnected or faulty actuator.
