No lights....pop in the center dash
I just purchased a beautiful 1999 Crown Vic P71 Interceptor at auction & when driving with the headlights on, all of a sudden, i hear a pop in the center of the dash and then my headlights, taillights, console lights & dash lights go out. I have never heard of this & it doesn't always do it. I keep blowing a 40 amp fuse in the power distribution box in the engine compartment. Any help would be great.
