Hello,
I just bought my second Grand Marquis however this is my first time buying from a private owner. It is a 1992 Grand marquis and I have the Title and it is salvage from PA but the car is fixed and fine. I live in maryland and I dont know where to go from here to put it on the road. I know I need to sign the title but I am worried if it will pass inspection and I really dont have the money to get it all done if something is really bad. I know I have a problem with the head light it is very loose and the inside around the head light will need to be reconstructed. I really want this car on the road bad. Anyone have any advise and/or can help me?

As dreaded as it may sound, you may want to contact your local state DMV. They can probably give you the best advice concerning the title issue. Get it legal and go from there. No sense in putting money into something that is not legal yet.

Yeah, your state's DMV! (that's Department of Motor Vehicles). Probably 49 out of 50 members here on this forum wouldn't be familiar with what's required in Maryland...
