Depends on the year, but generally: yes.

As long as you don't have air suspension, you should be all set. Be sure to run it on at least 91 octane and hold on to your socks cause the swap WILL wake the car up.

We need to know the year of your car first because some year PCM do not inter change with other year cars

I just got an 03' P71 PCM for my 01'GM. I dropped it in and my car ran like crap. It shifted REAL nice but couldn't get any acceleration. Temp light stays on as well.
I have a suspicion that this PCM may be for another year. You get what the salvage yard gives you.

I will tinker tomorrow. Meanwhile, I'll try to find a web site to decode the part number and find out what year it really is.
I was told that it might need a "re-learn". Anybody got any knowledge regarding this?
Anyway, I "MAY" have a PCM for sale, CHEAP............
