confused Performance
How can I override the speed governor an rev limiter on my 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis without spending alot of money if any at all?

I didnt know these engines 4.6 ltr v8's had a limiter. tell me more..
My 98 has gone over 100 several times without any stalling or otherwise to the contrary that the engine was limiting my pedal.

My 05 Grand Marquis has the 4.6 and it shuts off at 112mph and the rpms are limited 2 i dont have a tach so i dont know what there limited to

Get a X3 SCT tuner from Mike at 5 Star Tuning | Custom Dynomemeter Chassis Tuning Products and Services and all that can be changed.
