power window problem

hi, i have a problem on my 2002 grand marquis. the passenger side switch isn't putting the window down. but the driver's switch will put the passenger side window down. do you think the switch is bad? how do i got about getting to the switch? does the panel with the switch pop off? also, anyone have a part number? thanks.

Most likely a bad switch. Remove the door trim panel to replace. Here's a link to Ford parts:
