well as the title says, i know how to get the codes from my 94 SHO, but was wondering how to do it on the CV and does anyone have a list of codes and there meanings, i'd like to do a check on it. thanks.
Get a HAynes manual from Autozone or Advance,O'Reilly's and it will give you all the information you need. It's about the best $20 you'll spend. It'll give you the codes and the way to access them with just a piece of wire. I've did this with mine alot to get a reference point on where to start when diagnosing a problem and fixing it.That manual has paid for itself about 1K times.
the codes and the pulling the codes is pretty much the same on most fords with EEC-IV. the test connector is on the drivers inner fender, closer to the front of the car.
thanks for the info guys, i'm going to go out and run a test just to see if there is anything in memory that i don't know about, car runs fine. just giving her a going over. start with a clean slate.
