On the engine and drivers side lower part of the radiator. It's plastic so be careful. It takes a 3/4" or 19mm.

Ok, I pulled the rad hose, did the cleaner, and emptied that. My car holds 16 quarts of cooling fluid, but I know for a fact that much didnt drain out the bottom rad hose. I ran it for a bit, then dumped more out of the bottom rad hose. Is there anything else I should do to get the remainder out? if there is anything left in the system that is

There are drain plugs on both sides of the block.
