Osmossis

alright heres my problem, i have a 1993 mgm so heres what happens when i start it if its cold it sounds like its running on two cylinders its missing and will stall, if you try to rev it it casues dentination. however after 10 min or so once it warms up its fine. i can't figure it out, new parts i have on there is fuel filter, fuel pump fuel pressure regulator, new egr valve new MAF, new plugs wires and DIS coils, i've been told its the IAC valve or the Intake Manifold Gasket, any ideas would be great before i replace anything else.
