Ignition timing, you mean? The instructions should be on the sticker on the fan shroud or thereabouts, but I believe all you do on an EFI car is disconnect the vacuum advance from the distributor and plug the hose that goes to it, then loosen the bolt that clamps the distributor down, set up your timing lite, and adjust away. You want around 12* initial advance.
