Basically I got all out, but 1 which broke. I dont want to tear the block apart so I heard of something called ezout?

Re: Spark Plug threads broke off in head

good luck........ Ezout only works if you have a clear hole in it. If the hex broke off the spark plug then your going break the ezout. Sorry, I know its a pain, but the correct way is a head removal. You can try heating the threds and using a ezout, make shure all gasoline is gone and disconected!!!!!!!!!! The gas fumes explode!!!! Ive done that only once because I was pressed for time, I ened up taking the heads off any way and fixing it.

Well there is some of a clear hole it it, it broke off directly below the hex and took a good chunk of the ceramic with it, still a lot of ceramic in the hole though.
Im going to do all I can before taking the heads off thoguh, today it is raining, I sprayed some penetrating oil all over the hole and tommorow hopefully I will have some time to try and pull the plug out

If I can get the rest of the ceramic out of the metal ground, then I am sure the bolt can be taken out

Re: Spark Plug threads broke off in head

Good News
I got it out, took a couple days of soaking in penetrating oil, and the 9/16th square thing from the socket set, not sure what its called but I took it and hammered it into the spark plug and cranked on it till it came out. all plugs changed, starts quick, and dosnt stall out.

I guess im lucky
