I am a new member to this forum but I am fully fascinated by vics, marquis, mauraders, and all of the panther chasis fords. my goal is to purchase a police interceptor that i can turn into a club racing car for road tracks that i can also use as a daily driver. to do so i am more interested in improving the handling and suspension of the car as opposed to the power output of the motor. can anyone give me some information as to where i should start looking for suspension upgrades? im thinking bushings, struts, swaybars, anything that would stiffen up the suspension so it handles better while flying around corners on a track.

That'll tell you the majority of what you want to know. What year of car are you looking at doing this to? The information above will apply to just about anything from '79-'02; the '03-up cars are different and handle quite well right out of the factory. There hasn't been much research done on what upgrades can be made to an '03-up car since not many people on the forum I linked you to have them, but there's undoubtedly some room for improvement with those as well.
