Stumbles and code P0232

Hi all and happy holidays too.
Just checked the codes after some issue with the car stumbling/shuddering in higher gear and lower rpms.
The car did this when I first bought it and cleaning the MAF almost completely solved it.
I have a new MAF coming in the mail so that might be the solution.
In the meantime though it's throwing this code for the fuel pump- Secondary Circuit High.
I've read a bunch on here trying to determine what that means but am still unsure~ I've cleared the codes and will try running it in the morning and see if the code comes back but in the meantime I'm wondering if anyone has any tidbits.....
Like would a bad filter cause the PCM to throw that code?
Also, and this may just be coincidental, but the problem seems worse after doing a pre-set tune with an SCT Flash Tuner.
I didn't mess with any parameters...Just installed the tune for 91 octane.
(and yes, filled the car w/ the proper fuel grade afterwards)
Anyway- any info out there will be greatly appreciated, as always.

Symptoms

Symptoms of a P0232 DTC may include:
  • MIL (malfunction indicator lamp) illumination
  • Fuel pump runs with key off
  • Small amount of voltage present on FP (fuel pump) voltage supply circuit due to short
Causes

Potential causes of a P0232 code include:
  • Bad FP relay
  • Short to voltage on FP voltage supply circuit or feedback circuit
  • Short to ground on PCM
  • FP relay control circuit PCM
  • FP relay control driver shorted to ground internally

I'll run the key off test and see if the code comes back and start poking around from there if it does.
