Symptoms of a blown Head Gasket

I have a 2003 Interceptor with a 4.6l.
I'm trying to figure out if I have a blown intake gasket or a blown Head gasket.
There is some oil and coolant in cyl 8. The car does eventually over heat. It has a power loss and runs like it is misfiring. It really shudders a lot. Any help would be appreciated.

Thx

Hopefully it is just corrosion causing a leak where the intake manifold mates with the head (they tend to corrode there). Coolant would then be sucked into #8. It seems that you have a choice. It's worth pulling the intake manifold to check, but as Logan said, a compression check would also reveal a leaking head gasket. Did it overhead badly enough to warp a head and blow a head gasket?
