I have a 2002 CV and have been having a lot of problems with the blower motor. The most recent being it doesn't work at all. I have done the following in an attempt to fix it. Can anyone think of anything else?


1: Pulled motor and hard wired to battery (works)
2: Pulled all relays I could find and activated each one individually (all work)
3: Pulled and checked fuse (not blown)
4: Pulled dash trim and checked hvac control unit (I could here a "clicking" (maybe a relay) behind dash as I activated the fan from the control unit.

This is pretty much my last hope before I go to a repair shop

Clicking sounds like a short in the wiring. Did you trace all the wiring?
Also, I'm not sure about on the newer ones, but the older models were operated using vacuum. If you have a vacuum leak somewhere, that could easily throw off everything related.
