Question 94' Grand Marquis Tranny Problems

I have a 94 Grand Marquis that i have ben driving and i started to relise that when im taking a crownd left turn my transmition starts to slip. i have checked the tranny fluid and it was filled to the correct level and it continues to slip. i was wondering if any one can help me out or give me an explanation on what is going on with it.

Are you checking the fluid with the engine running at normal operating temp? Sounds like it is low on fluid.

If the fluid isn't low, it's possible the filter wasn't pushed in all the way during a change and it picks up the fluid from a higher point which will cause that too. Don't wait to long or you might burn the transmission up.

I have checked the fluid at running temp and did as the owners manual told me but i have not checked the filter on my car. ill will try to do so when it gets warmer.
