turbine mufflers

Has any one tried them? They have a pressure fan the suposedly draws the exhaust away from the engine and allow more HP or is this another "Tornado"?

Ya, thats what I was thinking. Some guy with a ricer has it and thats how I heard of them. I'll stick with strait pipes :)
