Hello! I'm considering the purchase of a 2001 Crown Vic. I have a couple of questions for the hive mind:
1. I saw this in one of the detailed photos of the car I'm considering:
Through research, I understand there is a switch that moves the pedals further up or back to suit the driver. Is this the purpose of that switch? If so, why did the ford dimwits choice that icon?
If not .. the icon looks like a blower. Is it in fact for some sort of blower?
Secondly,.. Car I'm looking at is a 2001 Crown Vic with 71000 miles. Was a dealer trade in. Is 4695 a good price?
I'm currently driving a 1995 Mark VIII, how does the power and economy of the Crown Vic compare? (I get 15/22 in the mark with my heavy foot) Im guessing a little better MPGs can be had with the Vic.... but not much, Right?
Thanks for any help you can provide guys
