Window motor bushing replacement

i thought i would post this to help people with non working windows... this is a friend of mine in Pennsylvania ... thought this would be useful to help people understand how the window motor comes apart... some of them have a lock "C" clip holding the outer gear on, some dont... any rate... enjoy
