1993 GM won't start. There isn't spark, I pulled the wires from the coil packs to check it. There also isn't power to the radio when key is on and also when turned to ACC. My first thought is the Crank Positon Sensor but does that affect the other power issue? The power windows and door locks don't work from the inside either. The trunk release does work.
Any advise is appreciated.

Check for power at all of the fuses that run on ignition with the key on. There are 2 fuses in the engine compartment that run to the ignition switch. Check all of the fuses first. Under the hood and under the dash.

I checked the fuses under the hood and all are OK. The power locks work from the key fob, just not from the inside switch so there is power to the locks. It's about 10f outside now so I'll check the other fuses in the am. Would the CPS affect the other power issues though?

No it wouldn't affect them. There's probably more than one problem if the fuses and ignition switch are good
