jbobweis Registered User Join Date: Mar 2009 Posts: 1	02-03 Multifunction GEM BCM interchangable? I have a 2002 F150 supercab 4X4 with ESOF with the 5.4. I am in need of a BCM and found one on ebay for a 2003 with similar features. The part numbers do not match, but will the new one work? The part number on my current GEM is YL34-14B205-CA, the part number on the new one on ebay is 3L34-14B205-AA. Please, if anyone knows, let me know if that is a part that will fit. Also, I have heard two different schools of thought on the GEM's. One is that it does need to be programmed by a dealer, the other is that it should be plug and play. Any insight on this would help too. Thanks.
