Wink 1983 F150 Heat Riser

Hey

We bought this old truck from a family member. BUT, the heat riser is broken.
It never was connected, but a replacement would be around $80.

The exhaust pipe is too short to connect it direct to the manifold.

The heat riser goes between the ex manifold and the downpipe. it was meant to warm up the motor faster.. I think !

Do they make a ''dummy'' to bridge the gap or is there an easy way out of connecting this back up?

Any Sugg, I would apprecaite..
