So this is what I'm doing. I have an '89 F150 that had a bad motor and transmission in it. After a little finnagling, and some wheelin' and dealin, a guy I know is supposed to produce both a Engine and Tranny to pay off a debt he owes the family.
What makes this entire disasterpiece interesting is that the Engine and Tranny are coming from a '92 F-something or other.
I won't know the details until I get a call.
This thread, will hopefully become a log of my /first/ ever vehicle rebuild. Pics, video, and assorted frustrations will come. But first I just gotta get the motor in hand. ...err Cherry picker.
