1993 F150 CA smog question - Ford Forums

Hey, all...

Have a '93 F150 5.0L that just failed CA smog. test results:

15mph hc 72 (max is 86) co .01(max .6) no 226 (max 494) co2 13.20 o2 2.58
25mph hc 189(m is 51) co 1.46 (max .73) no 99 (max 747) co2 14.02 o2 .06

engine *seems* to run fine, no rough idle, no problems that i've encountered. vehicle only has 61k on it, used very little, has passed the last 6 smog checks (every 2 years), this is the first time it failed! any pointers as to where to look with those figures?? any help or suggestions would be appreciated!!

Low mileage, but still, the airlines and seals are 15 years old. Have all the vaccume lines and boots replaced... plug wires?... Gas Cap replace...replace filters... put a fresh tank of high octain gas...PCV valve?... Oil and filter change...Lubricate intake butterflies?... This should put you in the ball park if not pass the inspection.
