1993 F150 fuel pumps

I want to know if the fuel pumps in the front and rear tanks are the same in the 1993 f150. My front fuel pump is slowly dying so I want to know if it's possible to just swap the rear to the front. My rear tank has a hole in it so it's not used anyways. Thanks for any info.

They should be, because ford only had 3 types of pumps at the time I believe, and the truck pumps were all the same.

The pump motor itself is, but not the FDM. Click my black Bronco in my sig & look thru the '90-96 Fuel System album.

Re: 1993 F150 fuel pumps

I already went and bought a new one for $150. Thanks for the reply though. My truck runs the best it has ever ran. I guess the pump has been slowly dying since i've owned the truck.
