Re: 1994 F150 stuck in park

my truck will do this when i park on a hill facing down amd for get to put the parking brake on. normally you can just wiggle it till it shifts out. but occasionally i had to hook up the trusty old chain to my bro's bronco and he would just barely pull the weight off the gears then i could shiftout.

When you press the brake pedal, do the brake lights come on? If not, find the short that blew the fuse, fix it, then replace the fuse. Otherwise, read the owner's manual for instructions on shifting without brake lights.
