Question 2001 ford supercrew fuel issue

ok so im driving down the street from my house n the truck stopped on me....my friend told me there's no fuel going to the motor so i changed the fuel pump assembly and fuel filter and i reset the fuel switch and still no luck.....can anyone help me out with this....

Maybe the fuel pressure regulator? not sure though.

when the truck sits there it gets a little bit if gas but when i try to start it it the gas goes away
