2002 F150 Cruise Control Question

I have a 2002 Ford F150 and my cruise control seems to no longer work. None of the fuses have blown so I am trying to locate it on the engine but have come up unsuccessful.
I am aware of a recall but was told my VIN was not one of them.

If someone could show me a picture of were it is on the engine or just point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Thanks,
Adam

Re: 2002 F150 Cruise Control Question

It's located on the drivers side wheel well just above the wheel. You'll see a cable running to the throttle body from it.

There's a switch on the clutch pedal if you have a stick shift and the brake pedal to shut it off when you apply either one. They could be the problem too. Try pulling up on the when you try the cruise control as an adjustment test. the switch/s could be bad too. Other problems can cause ti too.
