2003 FX4 leveling front end

I am wanting to level out the front end of my 2003 FX4, I know the 04 and up have the leveling kits. I don't want to spend a fortune on a suspension lift, and have heard of tightning the torsion bars. Is that a safe and proper way, and are there any other ideas for leveling it out? Anybody know what the TORSION KEY Lifts are? preciate all your responses.

The torsion keys you're talking about is ones that have the mounting hole clocked differently so the truck can be raised and still have the adjustment bolts where they aren't at full travel. You can also install them in the opposite way and lower your front end.
