2004 F150 unlock codes - Ford Forums

Hey everyone,
I just purchased a 2004 F 150 FX4 and cannot find the unlock codes for my door. There is no mention in manual about where to find it and dealer wants $50.
Can anyone give me an idea where to look.

I know where the box with codes is located, now I can't get the rear seat out.
Found instructions on another forum, but it doesn't work for me.

Is the controller in the '04 behind the back seat? I found anouther place suggesting it was up front. Is the back seat hard to remove?

Mine was behind rear seat, driver's side.
Seat was hard at first, once you work the clip right, you'll have it.
